Joe Willis

Joseph Willis is a Director and co-owner of 247 Professional Health, one of the fastest growing Healthcare Provider across the UK.  Opening in November 2008, the company now operates out of 6 UK offices, employs over 150 staff and operates 4 Regulated Services with the Care Quality Commission.

From leaving school and pursuing a multitude of positions within the Recruitment Industry, Joseph  found a fascinating and rewarding challenge in the business of Health and Social Care.  From working as a Carer, to owning his own Healthcare Organisation, the last 10 years have certainly provided the knowledge needed to become a prominent figure within the Sector.

247 Professional Helath arrived after Joseph achieved a great deal of success for a variety of organisations, moving through the hierarchy to a number of Senior Management positions. Joseph developed a passion for this industry, and  following on from this, a new opportunity arose; to create, develop, operate and grow a unique Healthcare Service, during a recession that craved quality and competitive pricing.

As the Registered Manger and Responsible individual of the Regulated Services, Joseph has a keen interest in the promotion of Dignity, Respect and Choice across the sector.   He is keen to educate and promote best practiceand is always looking at new ideas, opportunities and initiatives to improve the Quality and Standards of Care.

With a wealth of knowledge ranging from Industry Regulations and Current legislative changes, to an in dept understanding of sector specific services and their needs, Joe is able to assist and guide Healthcare Organisations to achieve excellence, with the end goal of minimising costs and operating a cost effective Service.

Joseph provides support, guidance and training in a variety of areas within the Health and Social Care Industry including:

• CQC Registration and Compliance
• Procedural Practices and Policy implementation
• Sales and Tendering Success

Joseph is a Dignity Champion, Works closely with a variety of charities to promote best practice and is passionate about positive changes taking place within the Health & Social Care Industry.
